Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for drop-ins, workshops, series, or class packs under any circumstances.
Subscriptions
Subscription refunds are not issued. In rare cases where a refund is approved at our sole discretion, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days will not be considered — no exceptions.
Approved refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions remain active until you cancel in the TodosX app. We send a reminder email 7 days before every recurring charge so you always have advance notice. Your subscription, payment history, and cancellation options are available in the app at any time — no need to contact us.
