Team payments on Todosx
Team payments on Todosx renew on the first of every month, your first payment covers the whole month you join, and your subscription automatically ends on your team’s season end date. You can cancel anytime in the app (unless there is a commitment period).

You’re paying for your team’s monthly training.
Your team follows a season with a start date and an end date.
Your subscription automatically ends when the season ends. -
Your first payment covers the entire month you join, no matter what day you start.
After that, payments renew on the first of every month.
You will receive a reminder seven days before your next charge. -
You are charged as soon as you subscribe.
Future payments happen on the first of the month.
If your team has a multi month commitment, your payments continue through the commitment period. -
You can cancel anytime directly in the Todosx app.
Cancellation stops future payments, but you keep access through the end of the month you already paid for.
If your team has a commitment period, cancellation becomes effective after that period. -
If you need to update your card or payment method, email support@todosx.com.
A secure link will be sent to you to make the change.
Once updated, your team subscription will continue normally. -
If your payment fails, Todosx will retry the charge multiple times.
During this time, your access may pause until payment goes through.
If retries don’t succeed, the system will cancel your subscription. -
Refunds are only available for subscription payments made in the last thirty days.
Refunds require director approval and have a fifteen percent processing fee.
Refunds typically take five to ten business days to appear. -
Some directors offer a discount when you subscribe to multiple teams.
If a discount is offered, you must subscribe to all eligible teams at once for it to apply.
If you subscribe to teams separately, the system cannot apply the discount. -
Todosx does not support payments made outside the app.
If you pay your director directly, both you and the director are responsible for handling access manually.
Features like rosters, reservations, attendance, and subscription tracking only work when you pay in the app. -
Open the Todosx app.
Select your dance company from the list.
Tap the Teams tab in the bottom navigation.
Go to My Teams to see your team, renewal date, season end date, and payment status.
